Our client is seeking a highly organised and process-driven HR Manager to lead and strengthen Human Resources operations across a multicampus College. With approximately 200 staff across three locations, this role is critical in ensuring that strong, efficient, and compliant HR frameworks are in place to support the daily needs of all employees.
This position is ideal for an HR professional who excels in building systems, developing clear policies, and embedding efficient processes—particularly in onboarding, induction, and workforce lifecycle management.
